In two days, 2019.02.12~02.13, each three factories had their first report to CEO.
Team leaders presented their first report to CEO and CEO asked to share and flow down important information including the year plan. He also emphasized “Change, Chance, Challenge” education and informed the company’s direction for its development.
After the first report, there was a free discussion stage and CEO encouraged all and carefully listened to the suggestions.
