HIZE AERO and ShinMaywa signed a MOU then HIZE AERO send excellent three members to ShinMaywa firstly from Jan 18, 2016 to Jan 29, 2016.
They lived in a dormitory like employee of Shinmaywa with subway.


They worked ShinMaywa 2 weeks with chosen three members from ShinMaywa, thery study high technology such as design, machining, quality, lean activiry and learnt diffence of culture each other



In addtion, they only used english for communication, it will make good change to approch future goal thorugh personnel exchange



Meanwhile, three members who were chosen from Shinmaywa are planning to attend in HIZE from Feb 20 to Mar 11 and they will study various ptrogram with technology and strength.
