The construction of HIZEAERO Busan Plant is in progress well. The total area of the Busan Plant is 18,155㎥, it is about one and half times the size of the Sacheon Plant. It is a five-story office building, a five-story welfare building, a three-story factory building, dump site, etc. The total area of these four buildings is 17,401㎥ and it has been started building since July, 2016
The total area of the office building is 1,760㎥: The security office and visiting room are on the 1st floor; and the office, executive suite, and conference room on the 2nd~5th floors. The total area of the welfare building is 2,060㎥: The cafeteria is on the 1st floor; and the dressing room, shower room and weight room are on 2nd floor. On the 3rd~5th floors, there will be 33 dormitory rooms. The total area of the factory building is 14,174㎥, there will be the production spot, material room, and production office.
The clearance of the factory site and groundwork are finished. Recently, the concrete forming work on the 1st floor of the office building, the wall construction on the 1st floor and the floor construction on the 2nd floor of the welfare building, and the concrete work of the factory building have been completed. For now, the reinforcement work is in progress.
Unfortunately, the beginning of construction has been delayed for some reason such as the scorching heat in this year. However, the construction company and all the workers are making their effort to adjust construction schedule on time. The completion of Busan Plant is expected to be done by December this year.
