HIZE Aero Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the “Company”) values your personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

However, if retention is required under applicable laws such as the Commercial Act, the Company may retain the information solely for that statutory purpose, and will manage it strictly for retention only.

- - Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
- - Personal information stored in electronic files is deleted using technical methods that prevent the records from being restored.
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
As a rule, the Company does not provide users’ personal information to external parties. Exceptions apply in the following cases:

- - When required under applicable laws or when investigative agencies request it through due legal process and procedures.
6. Installation/Operation of Automatic Personal Information Collection Tools and Refusal
The Company does not use cookies or similar tools to automatically collect personal information.

Users may access, correct, and delete the personal information they have provided at any time.
To request access, correction, or deletion, please email the Company’s Personal Information Manager. Upon a deletion request, the Company will immediately and permanently destroy the data so it cannot be recovered.
Users have the right to protect their personal information and the obligation not to infringe others’ information. Users should enter accurate information and take care to prevent leakage of their own information to avoid accidents.
For children under 14, the legal guardian has the right to access or correct the child’s personal information and to withdraw consent for its collection and use.

You may report any inquiries or complaints regarding personal information that arise while using the Company’s services to the Personal Information Manager or the responsible department. We will respond promptly and adequately.
