Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and HIZE Aero Co., Ltd. (the “Service Provider”) in connection with the use of the membership services (the “Services”) offered through the Service Provider’s website, as well as other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
- ❶ These Terms take effect when posted on the Service screen or otherwise announced, and when a user who agrees to them registers for the Services.
- ❷ The Service Provider may amend these Terms when deemed necessary. Any amendments will be posted on the Service screen so that users can review them directly.
- ❸ If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may discontinue use of the Services and cancel their membership. Continued use constitutes consent to the amended Terms, which take effect in the manner described above.
- ❹ When a user agrees to these Terms, these Terms take precedence over the Service Provider’s provision of Services and the user’s use of the Services, and prevail over the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy. Any matters not specified herein shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea, including the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Personal Information Protection Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Review Regulations of the Korea Communications Standards Commission, the Code of Information and Communications Ethics, the Program Protection Act, and generally accepted practices
Article 3 (Definitions)
- ❶ The terms used herein are defined as follows.
- 1. User A member or non-member who accesses the Services provided by the Service Provider.
- 2. Member: A person who accesses the Services, agrees to these Terms, receives an ID and password, and completes verification such as SMS authentication.
- 3. Non-member: A person who uses the Services provided by the Service Provider without creating an account.
- 4. ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by the Service Provider for user identification and use of the Services.
- 5. Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the user to protect member information.
- 6. Termination of Use: An expression of intent by the Service Provider or a member to terminate the service contract after using the Services. Definitions of terms not set forth above follow relevant laws and service-specific guidelines.
- ❷ Except as otherwise defined in Paragraph 1, the terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and the specific guidelines for each service.
Article 4 (Formation of the Service Contract)
The service contract is formed when the user agrees to these Terms and the Service Provider accepts the user’s application to use the Services.
Article 5 (Application for Use)
Application for use is made by entering personal information in the application form required by the Service Provider on the membership information page.
Article 6 (Acceptance and Rejection of Applications for Use)
- ❶ The Service Provider may, in accordance with internal policies, accept an application for use if the items required under Article 5 are accurately completed.
- ❷ The Service Provider may restrict part of the Services until the reason for restriction is resolved in the following cases:
- 1. Where the information provided is found, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect it to be, false (e.g., borrowed name, pseudonym, non-real name);
- 2. Any other case deemed necessary by the Service Provider.
- ❸ The Service Provider may restrict a user’s application for service if any of the following applies.
- 1. The application is not made under the applicant’s real name;
- 2. Another person’s name is used;
- 3. The application contains false information;
- 4. Acts or expressions are made that run counter to the purpose of the website;
- 5. The application is made with the intent to disturb public order or offend public morals;
- 6. The application does not meet the requirements set by the Service Provider.
Article 7 (Changes to Contract Information)
Members may view and edit their information at any time through the account information management page. When any item provided at the time of application changes, the member must update it; the member is responsible for any issues arising from a failure to make such updates.
